Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
An empty-home deep clean, built for the gap between tenants or owners. We get inside the cabinets, fridge, and oven that are usually blocked by furniture.
What's included
- Full deep clean of kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Inside all cabinets and drawers
- Inside the fridge, oven, and microwave
- Baseboards, window sills, and door frames wiped down
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
- Light fixtures and switch plates cleaned
Good to know
- For the best result, book after the home is empty of furniture and belongings.
- Many property managers and landlords accept our move-out clean as proof of a professional cleaning.
- Access: leave a key in a safe spot, like a lockbox or with your front desk, and tell us where it is. We will lock up when we finish.
- Utilities: please have running water and power on during your appointment. A clean is very hard to do without both.
- Scheduling: book other services, like painting or carpet cleaning, on different days so everyone has room to work.
- Timing: a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit takes about 2 to 3 hours. A 3 bedroom home can take 4 to 5 hours.
- Add-ons: interior windows and blinds, or eco-friendly products, can be added. Tell us ahead of time.
- Not included: wiping bulbs and glass fixtures, biohazards (mold, blood, bodily fluids, animal waste, insects), heavy scrubbing of walls and doors, unfinished areas, and high areas or windows that cannot be reached with a two-step ladder and extendable duster.
- We do not offer carpet shampooing or steaming. Our teams vacuum carpets.
