- Dusting of furniture, shelves, and accessible surfaces in every room
- Vacuuming of carpets and rugs, mopping of hard floors
- Beds made and trash emptied throughout
- Mirrors and glass spot-cleaned
- Deep cleaning and move-out cleaning available when it has been a while or you are handing back the keys
Good to know
- Building access: tell us when you book how we get in, such as a door code, buzzer, or key card.
- Front desk or concierge: let us know if the desk should be told we are coming, or if it holds a key for us.
- Parking: mention a garage, visitor parking, or a guest pass so your team arrives ready.
- Elevators: if your building requires a reservation for the elevator, add that to your booking notes.
- Keys and lockboxes: you do not need to be home. Leave a key with your concierge or use a lockbox, and add the details to your notes.
- Pets: let us know if you have any, and where they will be during the clean.
- Pricing is a flat rate by bedrooms and bathrooms, shown online before you book.
- Schedule weekly, every other week, monthly, or as a one-time clean.
