We will arrive within the 2-hour arrival window for your booking provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If for any reason we’re running early or late, we’ll give you a call.
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes by 5p.m. the day before your service to avoid incurring a $50 cancellation fee.
If you are not happy with your service at all, let us know right away (same day if possible) and we will be back to make it right.
A hold will be placed on your card the day before service, but you will not be charged until the evening after your service (some banks show this hold as a charge, don’t worry, it’s only a pre-authorization to ensure the card is valid). An email receipt will be sent immediately.
